Digital Champions
We have limited places on our Digital Champion Training which enables you to gain the skills to support other people with digital skills. This is a more structured course and will require commitment to a learning plan.

- Intro to being a Digital Champion with a Tutor and online course
- Zoom training
- Access to online Digital Skills package
- Access to resources for Digital Champions
- Online Digital Health Champion course including CPD recognition
- Tutor support from Lincs Digital throughout
- Completion certificates
- CPD Course certificates

- The benefits of managing health online
- Why Digital Champions Matter
- Supporting someone to manage their health online
- Accessibility [1] – Identifying accessibility needs
- Accessibility [2] – Helping learners with a visual impairment
- Accessibility [3] – Working with people with memory loss
- Accessibility [4] – Working with learners with a physical disability or dexterity issue
- Accessibility [5] – Working with people with learning disabilities
- Accessibility [6] – Working with learners who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Digital Fun: Using the internet to help people love later life!
- Essentials for engaging with older people
- Helping others stay safe online
- Helping others understand digital payslips
- Helping someone with limited English to manage their health online
- Planning a session
- Safeguarding: Keeping you and your learners safe
These are the main courses which are updated and added to on a regular basis. We will negotiate a learning plan depending on current knowledge and upskill as required.
The online courses average 20 minutes per course, therefore overall time will vary per individual depending on existing skills. If there is a need for essential digital skills in general, we will also include access to Learn My Way online learning.
